A few things you need to know about the products you are ordering. Everything on this website is either handmade or Print-to-Order, which means, other than the jewelry I make at home, I have no inventory of mugs, shirts or posters to ship from my location. 

 

Returns and exchanges are both super simple with us! 🙂 At Cosmic Cat Creations, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of the item. However, the item must be in original and unworn condition. We’ll even cover shipping on your exchange for all domestic orders. We know. Pretty sweet.

We hope you love your fun tee shirts and mugs, but in case you need to return or exchange, just email support@cosmiccatcreations.com to get your free return label 🙂

Please return your item(s) to the address below, along with a note including: your name, order number, and the requested size of the replacement t-shirt(s) OR let us know that you are returning for refund. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will ship the replacement ASAP, or refund your card within 24 hours. If your mug arrives broken, please let us know. We will replace it in a jiffy! But there’s no need to send it back. Avoid touching the broken parts to avoid hurting yourself. We are not liable for your failure to use proper precautions in disposing.
